MEET THE TEAM

Dr. M.K. Kim is a Professor of Operations and Service Management at Hanyang University Business School. As the founding Director of CS2C, he leads initiatives to develop theory-grounded, data-driven, and actionable frameworks for achieving sustainable supply chains. His primary research interests include supply chain sustainability, supply network design strategies, and cross-sector collaboration between for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. His research, published in leading international journals, explores how organizations can implement ESG practices across their supply chains to enhance performance. As an educator, his teaching integrates supply chain sustainability and data analytics interventions, offering courses such as ESG Supply Chain Management (MBA), Statistical Analysis (graduate), and Supply Chain Analytics (undergraduate), where students learn to apply data-driven approaches to sustainable supply chain challenges. His dedication to innovative teaching was recognized with the Ralph E. Reitz Outstanding Teaching Award at Kansas State University.

Dr. Jun Hui Lee is the founding Deputy Director of CS2C and Director of the Barun Law LLC's Corporate Strategy Research Institute and ESG Management Consulting Center. She joined Barun in 2025 to lead research on government policies aimed at enhancing corporate competitiveness and growth strategies, while also providing comprehensive ESG management advisory services. Dr. Lee leads integrated projects that unify strategy, execution, and performance into a seamless process. She assists companies in addressing ESG-related risks and enhancing their long-term competitiveness. With a background in international trade and development cooperation, and professional experience spanning research institutes, corporations, a global accounting firm, and law firms, she combines policy design and execution expertise to guide risk management and ESG strategies, delivering implementation roadmaps and building effective internal management systems in close collaboration with company-wide functions. Dr. Lee brings substantial experience in public-private partnerships and plays a key role in advancing CS2C’s mission to foster sustainable and resilient business ecosystems.
